The NASP Silicone Free Paste 500 is odorless, tasteless, water repellent, stable, chemically inert, non-toxic, heat resistant and especially suitable for all applications where silicone-based pastes [dimethylchlorosilanes (CH3) 2SICL2]] could cause difficulties in the process.
It should not be confused with Vaseline, which can melt at temperatures as low as +60°C. Our product can withstand temperatures up to +160°C and is infusible. One example among many can be found in the non-stick application of silicones, which are used in plastic printing (and also in plastic-free printing) and prevent the transfer of drawings, photos or inscriptions due to their silicone content. On the contrary, it is absolutely possible with the NASP silicone-free paste. The NASP Silicone Free Paste 500 is made with a very pure and non-toxic lubricating oil that is widely used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. It does not contaminate its surroundings. It protects, lubricates, regenerates, insulates and maintains the watertightness of the greased surfaces over the years. The NASP Silicone Free Paste 500 is characterized by an almost constant viscosity in a wide temperature range with high thermal stability, oxidation resistant with an excellent water repellent and non-conductive behaviour. From a physiological point of view, the oils used are practically inert, colorless, clear, tasteless and odorless and can be used in systems that come into contact with food. They are used as hydraulic fluids – dielectrics – antifoams – shock-absorbing substances – release agents – additives for waxes and polishes – lubricants – additives for paints, rubbers, gaskets, cosmetic creams and barriers – for sealing – as water-repellent pastes – protective function in the construction industry – binders – lubricants – heat conductors – brighteners – protection against dust – cutting oils for synthetic parts. Protection against corrosion, oxidation.
