NASP Anti-Seize protects against corrosion, wear and seizure. Enables easy disassembly of machines and systems and thus avoids typical assembly damage caused by high forces.
NASP ceramic paste (Made in Germany) is absolutely metal-free. It contains no mineral oils, no medical white oil, no lithium soap or other soaps and, above all, no copper, molybdenum bisulphate, nickel, titanium, tungsten, etc.
The product must be applied where a good degree of lubrication is required in addition to the anti-seize. A problem that we have been tackling successfully since 1982, because refineries such as power plants, but also steelworks and ships have similar needs.
Using nanotechnology, we create pastes that intersect with the porosity of the metals or workpieces you want to protect and lubricate. Water-repellent and resists the effects of fresh and salt water.
Seals and protects metal parts in extreme conditions, such as high temperature, pressure, chemical and environmental contamination. Enables easy disassembly of machines and systems and thus avoids typical assembly damage caused by high forces.
Remains effective up to temperatures above 1950°C. and at temperatures down to minus -150°C. It protects the metals from damage caused by chemicals, saline solutions and atmospheric influences.
Withstands pressure up to over 50,000 PSI. Is water-repellent and resists the effects of fresh and salt water. Seals and protects metal parts in extreme conditions such as high temperature, pressure, chemical and environmental contamination. Enables easy disassembly of machines and systems and thus avoids typical assembly damage caused by high forces.
Stainless steel and various metals are neither discolored nor attacked. Contains no solvents and complies with USA MIL-A-907-D standards. It resists galvanizing processes between different metals. It eliminates the electrolysis from metal to metal and thus prevents cracks and staining of stainless steels.

Instructions for use
NASP Antiseize does not cause hazardous vapors and is non-toxic.
To avoid contamination, the antiseize must be stored in its supplied sealed containers. If stored properly, it is hardly affected by atmospheric phenomena and can therefore be kept for years.
