Shipping costs and shipping method

The customer pays shipping costs per order, which vary depending on the item ordered. The shipping costs for national and Europe-wide shipments are displayed directly on the item under “Shipping”.

The goods are dispatched via the logistics service provider DHL; in the case of pack sizes that are not processed by DHL, a forwarding agent takes over the delivery.

Delivery times

All orders received daily by midnight are processed the following working day. Delivery times vary depending on the item ordered and are displayed directly on the item under “Shipping”. In exceptional cases, individual items will be delivered within max. 20 working days. In the case of forwarding goods, delivery is made within max. 35 working days. The period for delivery shall commence on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank in the case of payment in advance / bank transfer and on the day after conclusion of the contract in the case of other payment methods. It ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by law at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day. NASP Lubricants will inform the customer of the delivery status in good time and provide him with a tracking number.

The stated delivery times apply to shipping within Germany. The delivery time for shipping abroad is a maximum of 22 working days. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Returns

The buyer bears the return costs.
